We are very proud to have been awarded ValueStar Gold,

a high rating for customer satisfaction.

In this anonymous random client survey,

one of their questions was

"If you need the services of a window or

carpet cleaning company in the future,

would you call or recommend

Atlas Window and Carpet Cleaning?"

The results in both the 2005 and the 2008 surveys were that 100% said YES!

In April 2002, we were awarded the status of "DIAMOND CERTIFIED" * with a very high customer satisfaction rating. In this survey, a hundred of our randomly picked anonymous clients were asked "If you need the services of a carpet or window cleaner in the future, would you use Atlas Window and Carpet Cleaning again?". One hundred of them said YES!

*We discontinued this status because it was too expensive for us.

In the year 2000, we were awarded the status of "VALUESTAR GOLD CERTIFIED" with a very high customer satisfaction rating. ValueStar went out of business at the end of 2001. It reopened in 2005.

**There wasn't a carpet cleaning category in 2004 and 2006. The Pacific Sun generally includes the carpet cleaning category every other year. The carpet cleaning category was included in 2007 and 2008.
