TRUCK-MOUNTED
CARPET CLEANING SYSTEM: Extra Cleaning Power!
It is quieter than many other Truck-Mounted Systems.
Many other systems out there have a small engine in the van to power everything and you cannot shut the doors therefore
you have a tremendous amount of noise.
Because this system has a large fresh water tank and a large recovery tank, we
do not use your water and we do not dump the waste water on your property.

SAFE AND EFFECTIVE CLEANING
AGENTS:
There's an abundant amount of cleaning agents out there that a carpet cleaner can choose from. Many of them are effective
and can help make your carpets look very nice. Are they safe though? Seeing I'm the person who's working and breathing in
these cleaning agents all the time, I'm going to be real particular in what I choose to use for me and you!
Note:
Some carpet cleaners do not precondition the carpet and some preconditon only the real soiled areas. I precondition everything.
Carpets are made to hide soil. When you actually see the soil, that means it's very soiled at that point.

SUPERIOR AND QUICK-DRYING CARPET PROTECTION:
There's "Scotchgard"
and "Dupont Teflon". These are Brand Names! There are many other types of carpet protectors out there. I chose the
one that I use because it's superior in repelling both water and oil based spills and it doesn't add on drying time for the
carpet. It is a dry chemical. Most carpet protectors are water based and could add on 4-8 hours of drying time if applied
correctly.
Note: Do you really know what's being applied and if it's being applied correctly to your carpet. That
takes a lot of trust in the company you are dealing with.

EFFECTIVE
SPOT AND STAIN REMOVAL:
Generally, most spots and stains can come out easily with my normal spotters.
Occasionally, there are tough stains out there such as coffee, tea, vomit, urine, wine, red dye, ink, etc. that need the use
of stronger and maybe aggressive chemicals to remove or at least reduce them. Spotters
and stain reducers are not created equal.
PET ODOR REMOVAL:
There are many different types of pet odor removal products out there.
At this time, I use an effective two part process. The first part is a pretreatment to break down the urine
particles for easier removal which will help in reducing the stain and odor. The second part is a very strong deodorizer
to kill the remaining odor that it comes in contact with. Pet
odor removal systems are not created equal. CARPET CONFIDENCE STAIN REMOVAL SYSTEM:
This is a recent addition to our carpet cleaning service. It's a way to keep your carpets looking good between
regular cleanings. If you have ever received a spotter from a carpet cleaning company, there is no comparison to this system.
This is way beyond that! Do you use one of the many consumer spotting products out there? Well, this is way beyond that! Home Spotting Systems are not created equal.
