I wanted to create an effective stain removal system for my current and potential carpet cleaning
clients that would have a strong value. I’ve always felt a little bad when a client would have me come to their home
for just one bad stain and I would charge them my minimum rate. Most of the times, I try to give suggestions
over the phone so they would at least improve the look of the stain on their own until their regular cleaning. In
other situations, clients try to do the stain removal themselves without a lot of know how and create more damage. One example
is getting so desperate that you scrub the fibers too hard and leave the fibers frayed (permanent damage). Another example
is using one of the nsumer spotting products and setting a stain (permanent damage). Another thing I noticed in my own home was that when an accident would happen on the carpet, my wife
and I would have completely different reactions. She would feel frustration, aggravation, and kept wondering
if that stain was going to come out. I felt confidence because I have the experience and the tools to handle this
situation, even without the use of my carpet cleaning equipment. That’s what I want you to feel—confidence.

This
is the first product that I generally recommend for most spots and stains. People have been using this product for years with
remarkable success. This is a clear, non-soap, no odor, no residue spotter. It will handle 75% of the spots and stains you’ll
come across (especially if you treat it right away after an accident). It’s simple and safe, yet powerful. Even though
it looks like plain water, do not underestimate its power. It can strip wax off a floor! This will probably get the most use
of the four products.

This is generally
the second product I recommend for spots and stains. This is the general spotter I use. It is in the pre-spray or pre-conditoner
that I spray on the entire carpet and use for spotting. The pre-spray is diluted to 8 parts water to one part STRONG and still removes
tons and tons of spots and stains and soil. It's a great product! I love this product. It is very powerful and very concentrated.
It has a pleasant citrus odor. It will handle 90% of the spots and stains you’ll come across.

This product
makes me a hero over and over again. It’s an oxygen product and is used for difficult stains such as coffee, teas, soft
drinks, wine, vomit stains, urine stains, plant stains, etc. There are many
different types of oxygen products out there now to choose from. This is a stronger and
a superior oxygen product.

This is generally
the last product I use except for certain situations. It may be the first product I use on a water stain. This is also used
on very difficult stains as coffee, teas, soft drinks, wine, vomit stains, urine stains, plant stains, etc., including water
stains. It has always worked well with chocolate stains. On top of that, I use this product on stains that have returned and
it generally works very well in reducing them back down.
